For open tracking to work, you must first create a professional signature with tracking enabled. Follow the steps below.
Go to Settings > Signatures and click on "Create a signature". Enable the Tracking option (switch ON) on this signature.
Complete the required information: name, position, phone, email, LinkedIn address, etc.
Tip: even if you don't have a LinkedIn account, you still need to fill in the field (don't leave it grayed out) to generate an address — it will be fictitious but is used by the tracking pixel to function correctly. Fill in the other fields as indicated.
Click Save. Your tracking signature is now ready to use.
When you want to send, forward, or reply to an email and want it to be tracked: select your tracking signature in the composer's signature selector, and make sure the Tracking button is set to ON.
Once the email is sent, go to the Automation & Tracking tab in the sidebar to monitor opens, clicks, and statistics of your tracked emails in real time.

Log in to ElixMail, then click on “AI Receptionist” in the left sidebar menu (phone icon). You will arrive at the page with 4 tabs: Configuration, Numbers, Calls, and Statistics.

Send encrypted emails with AES-256-CBC encryption
ElixMail's encrypted messaging is an advanced security feature that allows you to send emails whose content is end-to-end encrypted with the AES-256-CBC algorithm (Advanced Encryption Standard, 256-bit key, Cipher Block Chaining mode). This is the same encryption standard used by banking institutions, government agencies, and armed forces worldwide.
Unlike a standard email that travels in plain text (or simply protected by TLS in transit), an ElixMail encrypted message is unreadable without the PIN code, even if someone intercepts the data on the server or in transit.
